-some sheets of Pangsit or Wonton Skin (in Indonesia, this is very common found in traditional markets.)
-Chopped beef, as many as you like
-a half onion, chopped
-leek
-a half carrot, chopped
-an egg
-salt and pepper
-frying oil
-tomato or chili sauce
Steps:
Place the sautéed onion and beef in a bowl, together with leek and carrot.
Crack the egg, pour it into the bowl. Then add salt and pepper (use your feeling here! :)).
Turn the stove on, heat the frying oil. Make sure the heat is low, we don’t want the Pangsit become dark.
Martabak Pangsit is ready to serve. :) Add tomato or chili sauce if you want. As it is snack, you can eat it at tea-time, or you can bring it to school and share it with your friends.
Sorry for bad plating, I'm not a chef. |
Is it super-easy, isn’t it? So, what are you waiting for? Go grab your apron, go to the kitchen, and cook with love! Happy Cooking! :)
